I have headaches after sudden hearing loss. Especially when I get tired, I get stiff shoulders and headaches. Will my headaches go away unless my sudden hearing loss goes away?
Sudden hearing loss does not cause headaches, but many people have severe headaches when they develop sudden hearing loss.
The stress and postural changes of sudden hearing loss, steroid side effects, and mental anxiety are likely causes of headaches. In both cases, the headache will get better even if the sudden hearing loss is not cured, and the headache will not cause the sudden hearing loss to worsen. It is better not to rely on painkillers as this is after strong medications.
