If it is found to be caused by stress in the workplace, it is covered by workers' compensation.

It is usually not covered by workers' compensation unless it is proven that the hearing loss was caused by a work-related accident. Other acupuncture treatments are also not covered by health insurance. However, if you miss work due to illness, the sickness benefit system is available. This insurance pays for those who are unable to work due to illness.
